Founder
Erik Hilmy and his family founded Hilmy Cellars with a mission to bring delicious Texas wines to our visitors and wine club. He enjoys seeing the growth of the winery that started with a passion for winemaking.
Michael Barton
Winemaker
Michael Barton, joins us from Horn Winery. His experience includes Llano Estacado Winery in Lubbock, Texas. His winemaking knowledge is invaluable to the Hilmy Team. He maintains a standard of excellence along with our Cellar Team consistent with that set by our Founder.
